The RISE Model was created by Emily Wray. She is the author and instructor of the course 'How to Be Better at Feedback' and the convener of the 'RISE to the Conversation' community of practice.

Meaningful connection is the throughline of Emily’s work as a mentor, educator, coach, and consultant.

She has a passion for creating safe and engaging experiences to help people to grow and develop. RISE was born from a pressing need for a shared process to mitigate the fear associated with feedback and to make way for conversations that inspire and motivate.
